Pay is 50/50 split of net profits.

OWNER OPERATORS

  • Insurance $125 week

Security Escrow

A security escrow of $1000 will be deducted at a rate of $100 per week for 10 consecutive weeks.

Orientation

As part of the employment process, all applicants cleared for hire by Ninik Inc will be required to attend orientation at our location in La Grange, IL
Owner operators are paid $.40 as a fuel surcharge to deadhead from their home location or last location to our orientation site.

Driver Referral Program:

At Ninik Inc you can earn income with our driver referral program. For every driver, you refer and we hire, we will pay you an additional $300.

Shop Discounts

Owner-operators with Ninik Inc receive significant discounts on parts and labor for maintenance and repair work in our shops in ILLINOIS.
