LICENCING

We fund your plates and upon starting with us. This cost will be deducted from your weekly settlements in installments until the plates have been paid in full. The paperwork required to keep track of your fuel taxes and permits is our job included in our percentage plan.

TRAILERS

We specialize in full truckload dry van and flatbed freight. All of our trailers are 53′ Air Ride Dry Vans and 48′ Flatbeds. All of our equipment is well kept, and maintained according to FMCSA regulations – Offered at $275 per week.

Equipment

If you already own your truck and don’t have a trailer, we are here for you. All of our trailers are 53′ Air Ride Dry Vans and 48′ Flatbeds. All of our equipment is well kept, and maintained according to FMCSA regulations – Offered at $275 per week. 

Percentage of Gross 88%

  • The plan is at 88% of the gross revenue of each load
  • Safety Performance Bonuses, subject to terms within the contract
  • Percentage rate of any LTL “add-ons” equal to your percentage rate of pay

Percentage of Gross 80%

Ninik handles most of the things you don’t want to, including:
  • Auto, Cargo, and General Liability Insurance.
  • Trailer Rent
  • Plates
  • Weekly driver settlements
  • Quarterly Fuel Taxes
  • IFTA, Permits
  • Office administrative expenses

Required Insurance

We require four types of insurance to lease your truck with us.​
  • Bobtail Coverage — Offered at $100–$200 per month (If needed)
  • Cargo Coverage — Offered at $300 per week
  • Driver occupational insurance — For most states, available at a cost of $150 per month 

Plates and Permits

We fund your plates and upon starting with us. This cost will be deducted from your weekly settlements in installments until the plates have been paid in full. Upon completing the calendar year, you will become eligible for a relicensing credit that will be used to pay for your plates and permits in the upcoming calendar year. Permits are paid by the company.

Security Escrow

A security escrow of $2000 will be deducted at a rate of $200 per week for 10 consecutive weeks.

Monthly Fuel Tax Charges

The paperwork required to keep track of your fuel taxes is our job! We do the calculations each month free of charge. Filed and paid by the company.

ELD Device Fees

Onboard communications systems make it easier to get load information and are required. ELD communication units will be installed at no charge. Owner operators will be charged $30 per week for ELD communication equipment rental and subscription. 

Orientation

As part of the employment process, all applicants cleared for hire by Ninik Inc will be required to attend orientation at our location in La Grange IL.
Owner operators are paid $.40 as a fuel surcharge to deadhead from their home location or last location to our orientation site.

Driver Referral Program:

At  Ninik Inc you can earn income with our driver referral program. For every driver, you refer and we hire, we will pay you an additional $500.

Shop Discounts

Owner-operators with Ninik Inc receive significant discounts on parts and labor for maintenance and repair work in our shops in ILLINOIS.
